We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience, but we need your help with that.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read the following information and agree to follow these rules on site:

We need you to follow all current COVID-19 regulations and please be aware that they are changing frequently.
At the time of writing, the limits on who you can have in your vehicle are:
- A mixed household group of 6 people or fewer.
- A single household of more than 6.
If anyone in your group is showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive in the last two weeks you must NOT attend the event.
You must not drive at more than 5mph whilst on site.
You must have your sidelights on whilst driving on site.
Gates open 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. Please do not arrive any earlier - you won’t be allowed in and we don’t want a queue of cars going back onto the roundabout.
There will be no entry on foot.
Follow all the instructions of our marshals whilst on site. They will be wearing Round Table high visibility jackets.
We legally must record the details of the driver for Track and Trace purposes.
We will be using the details you give when you check out - so make sure that the details are for the driver especially if you are buying them on behalf of someone else.
We cannot let you into the site with a different name on the ticket.
We will scan your ticket on entry through your car window. Please don’t open it!
Once we have scanned your ticket, we will place the in-car speakers in a bag on your wing mirror and you will be shown where to park by our marshals.
Once parked, please switch off your engine and apply the parking brake.
Please don’t get out of your car whilst on site.
There will be a toilet on site - if you need to use it, you must wear a mask and observe social distancing if queuing (2m).
Please bring your own snacks and drinks, there will be nothing available for purchase on site.
Do remember to take your litter home though.
At the end of the show, please place the in-car speakers back in the bag provided and wait for a marshal to instruct you to leave.
Please do not try to leave before instructed as it could be dangerous.
Once instructed please move promptly as the site needs to be cleared ready for the next show.
Take care and have a safe journey home. Please don’t drink and drive.

Failure to follow these rules may mean you are asked to leave.
